Problems Logging In?

If you are having problems logging into the MVP system, please check the following:

    1. Check you date, time, and TIME ZONE (i.e. Central Time), on your system. The MVP website will automatically log you out after 1/2 hour of inactivity. If your date, time, or time zone are off, the system will not calculate your inactivity correctly and may log you out immediately. Windows users can check this information by double clicking the time info on the lower right corner of your windows desktop.
    2. Make sure cookies are enabled on your browser. See your browser's "help" for information on how to enable cookies.
    3. Make sure your log in and password are correct. If you can't remember your password and log in, click here. Also, please make sure your CAPS LOCK is not turned on (this key is on your keyboard). Logins and passwords are case sensitive (i.e. LARRY vs. larry).
    4. Please note that you can only log into the MVP member account using your home MVP dealership. Generally speaking, this is the URL at the dealership where you signed up to join MVP. Some dealerships operate multiple MVP operations but your account information is accessible on via your home MVP URL.
